What could we do to invigorate this team?

To be honest, I haven't done a whole lot for the good of this team in the last few years. I'm not sure what to do.
I think that dm I sent a few weeks ago was good and those videos probably brought some new life into people's studying
Maybe people don't mind being dmmed if it's just occasional. Like maybe I could set up a tournament or something.

What do you guys think?

For instance, I had a few thoughts:
1. We could try sharing our most interesting London System games with each other. We could analyze the games and figure out where things went wrong and where we played correctly.
2. A tournament does not sound bad. However, it would be possible that many people would not have the time to participate, thus the number of participant would be small.
3. We could discuss variations of the London such as the Jobava London and the London sideline with e4.
