@thibault sorry for direct tag, but can you please answer? It's a pity that a project like lichess (free and open) relies for one of its fetures on google!

I agree, but did you suggest an alternative for uploading images and viewing replies in a spreadsheet? I missed it.

We also manually process applications by email when asked, but it's very inefficient and we don't have unlimited manpower.

@thibault I was not aware of the need since I didn't have the opportunity to go further into the registration form. I suggested Nextcloud since the only thing I was aware of was a sort of online form. I'm not a developer, but everyone could create a form with file upload and export to spreadsheet for example with Wordpress. Maybe also Nextcloud, but I shoud check.
But you are the big guys (really mean it) so I am sure you can come out with something :)
