username goet is sandbagging he plays above his 2000 level pls ban him.
he played nuwonga rated 2350+ and he beat him but lost on time......then he played a 1700 and lost clearly sandbagging.
What is sand bagging ?

It's very easy to lose a game to a significantly lower rated player just because of 1 mistake, especially in 0+1 bullet games. I don't see how you can say someone is sandbagging when he didn't even win against the 2300 player you mentioned and lost on time. Even if he did win, it is still not evidence to someone sandbagging anyone.
