Cant move my pieces

Hey everyone, not sure what's going on but when I start a new game I cant move my pieces or see the left and right windows. Anyone else experience this?

I see now that this is happening to a lot of people, server issue?

Happened to me on Android OS and Kiwi browser.

Then they temp banned me from playing. Yeah, fine, if it makes you feel better about your broke-ass server.

I cannot move any pieces in live game, correspondence game, or replay old games. Same issue on iPhone and laptop. Rebooting does not help.

Cannot move the pieces! When I try to play a game I get banned for not playing the game!?!? QUINTSIGHT

I have screenshots to prove the shenanigans cannot be explained away by connection issues. Can anyone address this issue?

Yeah. This has clearly affected multiple users across multiple LAN connections and devices, so I think it's safe to say it was not on our end. One of my screenshots even shows a board with white and black both in original positions yet still somehow gives the win to white because black didn't move. Granted there is a notation saying white moved e4 but that is not reflected on the frozen screen even after reloading the game over half an hour later. Something fishy going on here for sure and I hope it gets fixed before tournaments around the world are decimated.

...so anyone who dares, explain this: Black wins by forfeit, but black rating also -19 while white jumps +9.

I have the same issue: I get a game, the initial position is displayed but I can't make a move (or my move isn't displayed) as White, and see no move by White if I'm playing the black pieces.

I cannot toggle Zen mode.

If I try watching Lichess TV, I only see a static position.

However, puzzles work normally.
