I think that playing blindfolded is not so easy

I don't even think you need to practise blindfold specifically. Just training normal chess should suffice. (that is for "normal" time controls; as hyperbullet is way too fast for me even seeing, I wouldn't even try that :D)

train coordinations first, in a way u can locate them on the go then start thinking of blindfold in a classical game i guess
