What are the chances that they are cheating?

<Comment deleted by user>
@shegde0386 read my blog part B for possibilities to distinguish reasons for ToS marks. But cheating is the most frequent one. In that case it doesn't matter in what games they cheated, you shouldn't keep them in your tournament in any case.
As a general rule, you should assume everyone is cheating, because everyone is in some form or another. That is just the reality of online chess.

so are you saying that you are cheating?
@AuraZ0

Nice try.

I'm saying everyone playing online should assume everyone is cheating "in some form or another." For example, laying the position on the screen out on a physical board and playing out the variations before making your move (to assist in visualization). Is it the same as chess engine assistance? No. But it is certainly cheating, in my book.
so are you cheating by the definitions of your own book?
